  • When it comes to remote services, I do the research on the software that is being used and the company providing the service. 
  • I ensure everything is logged into a report for customer viewing. This includes software used, updates to hardware and software, scheduled sessions, etc., 
  • If an MSP (managed service provider) is using an

With onsite support you have the option to ask questions regarding the service call.  This is another feature that I feel is important in order to facilitate a good working relationship. I research this portion for the simple fact that it is very important that representation is crucial and when there is a customer/client face to face interaction all parties are professional.
